The Seymour Duncan Jazz and Custom-5 pickup combination contribute to the guitar’s unique clean and crisp sound, This pickup combination is one of the best combinations Seymour recomends for jazz, country, blues, funk, classic rock and heavy rock.  Other features include a beautifully hand carved contoured body and belly cut on the back give this guitar perfectly balanced comfortable feel. The tone and volume controls and a three-way pickup selector switch are in easy to reach comfortable positions. All that coupled with a Graph Tech TUSQ nut that brings out the best harmonics, vibration transfer and tone in this guitar. 

The Custom Contour Neck Heel is was designed to have comfortable playablity.  The design mimics the contour between the thumb and the index finger for easy and comfortable reach to the upper scale of the fret board.
