Let us know what type of instrument you have, the brand and the general problem you need addressed. We'll discuss some possible solutions, cost and time frame for repair. If you decide to have us do the job, we'll set up a Repair Authorization. Once given your Repair Authorization number, carefully pack the instrument, insure, and send to us via your choice of package carrier. We will contact you with a detailed quote for approval. All costs are disclosed before any work is begun.
After Approval when the work is complete we'll contact you for payment before shipping your instrument back to the you.
